We are currently looking to hire a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic Talent acquisition team in Mexico. This role will be due to continued growth and you will be passionate in finding, attracting and engaging exceptional talents to support your business. You will also be an expert in sourcing candidates through diverse social media channels. Specific Responsibilities Include: • Partner with local and global stakeholders to understand the business requirements and translate them into a successful Talent Acquisition strategy • Manage the full life cycle recruitment for assigned open positions in a timely and effective way, ensuring world class hiring manager experience • Identify, attract, engage and introduce the best and most diverse talents in the marketplace by providing market intelligence and screening while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience • Prepare and deliver data and analytics for your portfolio as required • Lead offer negotiation and preparation with candidates Required Skills: • In-house experience in a Talent Acquisition Specialist role managing end-to-end recruitment processes for middle-management to Director level roles • Experience in leveraging on multiple candidates sourcing tools, including social media, networking and referrals • Proven experience managing processes through an ATS • Fluent in English and Spanish What we offer We genuinely care about our people and we show this through living out our Employee Brand each and every day.
