Responsibilities
- Full recruitment life -cycle
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct initial screening of candidates, including reviewing resumes, conducting phone interviews, etc.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
- Develop and execute comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategies to meet the staffing needs of the organization.
Bachelor's degree or related field. Experience within the Human Resources department. Knowledge of talent attraction, mass recruitment, and recruitment strategy. English required.
