Job
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to closing the talent gap by participating in the strategy definition and deployment of recruitment and onboarding processes together with related programs and activities for South Cluster Markets: full cycle recruitment, Employee Value Proposition & Employer Branding communication, trainee program.
Recruitment:
- Lead the recruitment process and foster continuous improvement.
- Build solid relationships with internal stakeholders within the market.
- Carry out focused Talent Mapping and Sourcing activities.
- Lead annual forecast synthesis, and reporting.
Onboarding:
- Map and continuously update onboarding process with candidate and internal stakeholder feedback.
- Assure alignment between onboarding experience to Employee Value Proposition.
Trainee program:
- Develop annual project plan to guarantee best possible onboarding experience for interns.
- Secure relationships with universities and deploy trainee attraction campaign.
Employer Brand:
- Lead the team in the definition of the strategy and action plan for the EVP:
- understanding, designing, proposing, implementing, and measuring in alignment with global guidelines but adapted to local needs and markets business realities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Talent Acquisition experience in multinational FMCG or Shared Service Center.
- Expertise in execution with strong consumer service orientation.
- On the job acquired knowledge in sourcing recruiting, stakeholder management (internal and external).
- Data oriented mindset, excellent verbal, and written communication skills (Spanish and English).
- Change and project management skills are a definite plus.
