Responsibilities / Tasks Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market analysis of the product and applications within the assigned territory to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the SFT Head of Sales to refine and optimize the new machines sales strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives and market dynamics.Coordination of Sales Strategy: Lead the coordination of new machines sales strategy within the country/cluster, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives.Sales Activities Leadership: Take charge of new machines sales activities within the SFT Division, effectively allocating resources and prioritizing initiatives to maximize revenue generation.Sales Planning and Reporting: Oversee the development and implementation of new machines sales planning, forecasting, and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information.Employee Engagement: Foster employee engagement by effectively communicating the new machines sales strategy and vision, motivating the team to achieve sales targets and objectives.Collaboration with Service Team: Work closely with new service Sales Engineers and service technicians to ensure a coordinated sales approach, leveraging synergies between new machines and service offerings.Innovation and Adaptation: Encourage innovative thinking and embrace modern new machines products and theories, continuously seeking ways to enhance sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction.Your Profile / QualificationsWhat education, knowledge, and experience do you need?EducationBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.KnowledgeStrong understanding of sales principles and techniques, market analysis methodologies, and product lifecycle management.
