Driving Infinite Possibilities Within A Diversified, Global Organization

PRINCIPLE DUTIES OF THE POSITION:
This position is focus on achieving sales results through e-commerce, new opportunities development and collaborating across teams and channel partnerships in China.
KEY ACCOUNTABLITLIES
Accountable for the revenue target in terms of both sell in and sell out. Execute the e-commerce strategy of this business in China.
Responsible for e-commerce channel operations, event planning, promotion and product trainings.
Closely connect with channels for marketing data analysis & evaluation, and support internal teams by providing market & competitive insights e.g. industrial updates, pricing etc. and help develop compelling value proposition and solutions.
Provide guide to optimize the page design to increase search volume and scale the sales.
Responsible for negotiating and closing transactions, in compliance with local policies/practices, processes and standard operating procedures.
Engage key stakeholders externally and internally, increase the market visibility of our offerings.
Partner with channels to drive brand promotion and demand generation from end customers. Strategically drive to achieve annual target through monthly, quarterly sales plan and programs.
Engage in business management operating system (MOS) to ensure communication across teams in the organization and with strategic partners.
KEY ATTRIBUTES
Efficient communicator, ability to influence at varying levels across the organization.
Experience navigating complex sales cycle and negotiations.
Ambitious, highly self-motivated, hardworking, results orientated, problem solver with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on driving profit.
Comfortable managing multiple, complex projects and changing priorities, while making sound decisions in a highly dynamic environment.

Must have:
5+ years of working experience in the industrial, on Sales/Account management positions with a hunter’s attitude.
Knowledge and experience with PPE products, e-commerce channels and operations, and channel business models.
Willing to travel (25%)
