In Operations Vehicles Team, we develop and operationalize strategies that help us achieve our business goals for LatAm, by unlocking drivers' and supplier's access to vehicles. We work at scale across the mega region and very close to the global Product team on key challenges and initiatives to deliver value to all segments of mobility earners - from Individual Operator Drivers to Fleet Partners to SMB and Enterprise Rental companies.
What you'll do:This person is encouraged to handle a portfolio of sophisticated Vehicle Partnerships in different stages of maturity, which will require the following:
- Make data driven decisions that optimize for the partnership's success, but ultimately Uber's success and for our marketplace needs in different markets across LatAm,
- Optimally lead and prioritize sophisticated operations that require the support of peers and other teams, and deliver results in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, while maintaining high-quality work standards,
- Work well with third party partners, having to negotiate or renegotiate the deal's / partnership's benefits
- Collaborate with Product teams around the world to implement new launches in LatAm
- Track and thoroughly share and communicate results of such partnerships to internal partners and Executive Leadership team.
- 5 or more years of experience
- SQL at least intermediate, have process design for integration experience
- Spanish & English (Native or Proficient)
- Critical Thinking
- Negotiation skills, business development experience, have commercial experience
- Strong Communication (verbal and visual)
- Project Management
- Python (Basic to Intermediate)
