QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of HR experience
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation, relationship building and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects, solve problems independently, and manage competing demands
- Familiarity and ability to appropriately interpret HR policies, procedures, and practice
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics and knowledge of HR systems and databases.
