The Opportunity Main objective of this role is Delivery accountability for SAP/Ariba Contract Lifecycle Management(CLM), Supplier Lifecycle and Performance(SLP), Product Sourcing(PS) and support for Supply Chain Collaboration(SCC) including remediation of the systems to align with the PepsiCo Global Template. Scope for this role includes delivery of all investment projects related to Ariba CLM/SLP/PS/SCC systems in North America, LATAM, Europe & AMESA/APAC The Ariba Delivery Lead is accountable for the Ariba technical deliverables of the program ensuring that PepsiCo standards of technology delivery/architecture are met by solution integrators partners.
The lead will work closely with the Sector business partners to configure and deliver an Ariba solution that realizes the maximum business benefit/value. Your Impact As
The Ariba Delivery Lead your scope will consist of: Responsible for Project Delivery of new implementations across Ariba CLM/SLP.PS/SCC. Scope includes user base in North America, LATAM, Europe & AMESA/APAC Lead Delivery of AOP and out-of-cycle pursuit efforts for Ariba CLM/SLP.PS/SCC applications Manage Delivery Vendor partners in support of AribaCLM/SLP.PS/SCC applications Support multi year initiative to align Ariba CLM/SLP.PS/SCCapplications to the PepsiCo Global template Look forward and identify risks, highlight issues along with mitigation plan Support of technical implementation of businessrequirements as a sustainable program Collaborate with Sector IT Leads and business teams to Support Ariba CLM/SLP.PS/SCC applications Configuration governance of Ariba Server Environments tosupport new site deployments Operations Documentation maintenance (RunBook, UserGuides, Knowledge Base) Develop a strong understanding of the application businesslogic Governance and controls to ensure adherence to technology standards, best practices, release management, change management, and other related processes and procedures, SLA and controls compliance Provides input and improvements to application related QAand governance processes Oversight of Technical cut-over, Go-Live and Hypercaresupport Work to consolidate/upgrade Ariba Versions deployed withina Sector and Globally Root cause analysis for issues found during Hypercare of new business sector deployments within PepsiCo Provide expertise and knowledge to our operations teamswhen they need our assistance
Work with customers, business and IT partners globally to identify and resolve issues, escalating as required Assist with identifying and testing any existing issues discovered Partner closely with external vendors, including on-shore and offshore resources Ability to prioritize own work under general supervision Stays up-to-date with technology and industry trends by proactively participating in training, self-study, conferences, webcasts, user group participation, reading or other relevant means Qualifications Who Are
We Looking For? Experience: 3-5 years of Procurement & Supply Chain applications Deliveryand development experience 3 years project management 2 years working with Managed Service Partners and/or 3rd Party implementors.
2 years of people management Procurement experience in Contract Management, SupplierLifecycle, Product Sourcing and Supplier Collaboration with Co-packer/Co-manufacturers Functional knowledge of SAP/Ariba CLM/SLP.PS/SCCsystems Experience in Delivering complex application implementationswith a Global user base Experience using ServiceNow, MyIT Portfolio, Azure Devops,Quality Center MS Project and other supporting tools Experience managing vendor 3rd party resources Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills. (Bilingual is a plus) Ability to communicate and articulate to LG1-LG3 leadership Proven ability to prioritize work and delegate deliverablesleading a team of employees and Background collaborating with software vendors (i.e. SAP/Ariba) Expert level of Safe Agile framework
